Welcome to LA CREME GLACEE!

I had this crazy idea one day: how about go on an ice cream tasting spree - just try all the ice cream you can get your hands on in LA - Louisiana. That is how it all started - no frills, no fireworks. Just that primal instinct to find calories and fast - sugar-derived calories to be exact, transported by velvety smooth cream and partnered with subtle and playful flavors. Even our earliest ancestors would agree - how else did we get to discover the allure of honey amidst the assured hail of the angry bee farmers (shame on us for making off with their winter supplies!) .

I digress - here we are: The journey begins and might not end in LA - be warned!!!
